Jonathan Wilkinson ACA
Following his MSc, Jonathan qualified as an ACA with Coopers & Lybrand in London before moving into corporate finance. His recruitment career spans Robert Half International and Pannell Kerr Forster where he set up their recruitment division.

Additionally Jonathan has worked as a Finance and Commercial Director in a number of medium sized corporates. A rugby enthusiast, Jonathan heads up the Bury St Edmunds office .

Peter Reader
A graduate, Peter is Managing Director and previously headed up the Executive Recruitment Service of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the world's largest professional marketing body.

Peter has almost 20 years recruitment experience having previously held specialist roles at Pannell Kerr Forster and Kidson Impey having cut his teeth in recruitment at Hays Plc and Harrison Willis.

Peter has lived in Canada, Belgium, Holland, Germany and France and is a fluent French & German speaker. His hobbies include shooting, fishing, golf and motorbikes.

Mark Rowley
Mark has spent over twenty years developing both an international client base and successful recruitment businesses. His early career involved ten challenging years at a leading financial recruitment group, where he was part of a selected senior team forming an MBO.

Following the successful floatation on the LSE and subsequent sale to a US based NASDAQ corporation, Mark organised the management buy-out of a solutions oriented search and selection company and grew its market position within a leading Internationally recognised recruitment alliance.
